Refund Policy

1. Overview

HEVFY ("HEVFY", "we", "us", or "our") offers a 14-day refund window for paid subscriptions. We want you to be satisfied with our software. If the platform does not meet your needs, we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund within the eligibility period.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal date.
  • You have not used the paid features extensively (more than 10 report automation runs on a paid plan).
  • The refund request is for a legitimate reason — for example, the software did not work as described, or you purchased by mistake.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal date.
  • Accounts that have extensively used paid features (more than 10 report runs on a paid plan).
  • Requests based on a change of mind after extensive use of the platform.
  • Free-tier accounts (no charge was made).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@hevyf.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]" and include:

  • The email address associated with your HEVFY account.
  • Your order or payment reference number (found in your payment receipt).
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — please submit a refund request separately if you believe you are eligible.

6. Beta Period

During the current free beta period, no charges are made and no refunds are applicable. This policy takes effect when paid plans are introduced. Beta users will be notified at least 30 days before any paid plan is required.
